Food Nutrition Assistant CCH Per Diem Var
To be fully engaged in providing Quality / No Harm, Customer Experience, and Stewardship through preparation of food, tray-line service, dishwashing, cafeteria line, and tray delivery.
Primary AccountabilitiesCompletes assigned cleaning tasks.
Adheres to sanitation guidelines set by the dept.
Checks food, refrigerator and dishwasher temperatures on a mealtime basis.
Completes all assignments for mealtimes.
Assembles trays for patient line accurately.
Calculates calorie counts.
Helpful, courteous, tactful, and prompt in assisting customers.
Communicates information concerning patients to appropriate personnel.
Ability to assist patients in menu selection and data entry.
Adheres to guidelines established by the dietitian.
Uses portion control on both patient and cafe line.
Runs an accurate cash register by charging customers the correct price and giving back the right change.
Ability to read and write at a High-school level.
Ability to follow written and oral directions.
Ability to work in a team environment.
Flexible in scheduling.
Ability to perform multiple positions.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
