Role:
Infor M3 Solution Architect Roles &
Responsibilities:
Analyze client's requirements from business and technology perspectives and translate them into application functionalities including user interface, workflow, business process management and reportsAnalyze customers' business requirements and application objectives to develop an application design to meet customers' needsMap client's requirement with functionalities of Infor M3 application to develop implementation plan and customization planResponsible for functional specifications, system configuration, solution testing, user acceptance testing, end-user training and support.
Apply extensive knowledge of the client's business and industry to develop client's business processes.
Document requirements and translate into proper system requirements using high-maturity methods, processes, and tools.
Provide training to clients and peers.
Qualifications:
At least seven to ten years of configuration experience with Infor M3.
Certified or equivalent experience in Infor M3Consulting experience requiredBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field required or equivalent in years of experience.
Ability to work remotely and commute to client offices when required; willing to travel between 25-50%.
Strong business and technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
Excellent thinking, analytical, communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
Effective time management skills for handling multiple priorities and simultaneous projects.
Enthusiasm for continued learning through a combination of structured, on-the-job, and self-directed training.
Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a team environment.
Candidate must be currently located in the US or Canada and have a valid work permit to work in the US or Canada.
