Purpose of the Position Administrative Assistant (full-time or part-time) Primary responsibilities include working as the Florida-based (Cocoa Beach) office Administrative Assistant, and as the Executive Assistant to JENTEK's founder and President.
This position is an administrative position that involves:
scheduling meetings using MS Office and Teams; procuring office supplies; managing local mail, shipping and receiving; arranging regular maintenance for the company car; managing the President's travel, and providing all the President's administrative support needs.
The ideal candidate must be proficient with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams software.
Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple demands; but also working independently at a small office is critical.
The candidate must be well-organized, possess excellent communication skills, be a self-starter, and be detail oriented.
