00/hour.
The Property Manager reports directly to the District Manager.
We are open Monday through Saturday, 8:
30am - 5:
30pm.
Closed on Sundays! Benefits Include:

Provide exceptional customer service to our current and prospective customers.
Execute all leasing documents; maintain all required tenant documentation in an orderly manner.
Including, contracts and insurance.
Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
Control delinquencies through telephone contact and letters on a scheduled basis, including sending out monthly invoices.
Assist in the preparation of units up for auction, vacate as prescribed by law, and approved by the District Manager.
Ensure the cleanliness of storage premises and notify management in a timely manner regarding building and/or equipment repairs.
Includes daily walk throughs, sweeping, mopping, disinfecting, changing light bulbs, and general maintenance of facility.
Job Requirements:
High school degree or equivalent Minimum of 1 year of customer service, retail, hospitality, or related field Valid driver license and reliable transportation for travel to perform essential duties, such as bank runs Strong communication and interpersonal skills, proficient computer skills and knowledge Must be able to lift 50lbs, bend, stretch, stand for extended periods of time Willing to work in an outdoor environment Employee must pass pre-employment screening, which may include background check, contacting references, and drug testing
