CULINARY DEGREE PREFERRED We are looking for an EXPERIENCED Day Prep Person that is organized with EXCELLENT KNIFE SKILLS.
Items to prep include :
Preparing soups from scratch recipes, cooking pasta, baking cakes, creme brulee, Key Lime Pie, Carrot Cake, rice from scratch, preparing sauces.
Candidate must be Reliable, dependable, with great attention to detail.
Candidate must be able to read and follow a recipe.
Excellent sanitation habits.

Must have own transportation and references.
