Responsibilities:
- Greet and check-in guests in a friendly and professional manner - Provide excellent customer service by assisting guests with inquiries and resolving any issues or complaints - Handle guest requests, such as room changes or additional amenities, promptly and efficiently - Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or staff member - Process guest payments and maintain accurate records of transactions - Assist with night audit duties, including reconciling daily transactions and preparing reports - Maintain a clean and organized front desk area Skills:
