Responsibilities:
- Engage and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner - Answer phone calls and direct them appropriately - Schedule appointments and manage calendars - Perform data entry, scan documents, manage phone/fax - Manage office supplies and inventory - Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Qualifications:
