Senior Instrumentation Control Analyst at Craig Technologies in Cocoa Beach, FL

Candidate's primary function is to man the Maintenance Control Center (MxCC) and provide support required to maintain the overall status of the Eastern Range instrumentation in real time and report the status of the range to management and the AF customers. Review equipment failures documented in the on line tracking system (Remedy), make necessary edits to the event as needed, determine operational impact of the reported failure on upcoming launch operations, and determine when the event should be up channeled to management for resolution as required. Oversee the Condition Based Maintenance (CBM) program for oil samples and power supplies looking for negative trends and initial corrective action prior to system failure. Perform Help Desk function to resolve personnel problems with the AF Integrated Maintenance Data System (IMDS) to include resetting passwords, assisting users in creating and updating maintenance actions in IMDS, and reviewing IMDS actions for errors and contacting the personnel to correct errors. Generate daily, monthly, and semi-annual contract document required list (CDRLs) documents that are provided to the AF. Position Requirements:
Extensive technical background with electronic and electro-mechanical systems to include communication, radar, command, telemetry, computer systems and radar, command, telemetry antennas. Must possess good written and oral communication skills. Majority of products generated are provided to, or visible to our AF customers. Communication is paramount in order to discuss range status with AF counterparts, management, and work center technicians. Working capability of the MS Windows programs with special focus on the Access database program. The MxCC is manned Monday through Friday from 0600 to 1800. This position is for the later shift with hours of 0915 to 1800. Minimal travel and overtime is required. Required
Experience:
Associates degree in electronic technology or equivalent hands on experience. Minimum of 8 year experience in troubleshooting and repair of electronic systems. Must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance, which includes U.S. Citizenship or U.S. naturalization Valid U.S. Driver's License required COVID Policy:

Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
